Monmouth County Clerk, and NJGOP Chair, Christine Hanlon's hypocrisy

LOL, Monmouth County Republican Clerk, Monmouth GOP Co-Chair, and NJGOP Chair, Christine Giordano Hanlon, is now pretending to care about transparency, accountability, and affordability, as well as the misuse of taxpayer funds. This is so rich because, under the Monmouth County Republican Party and government, of which Christine, the fake moderate, is a part of, the Republican controlled county Commission misused taxpayer funds when they gave themselves an ILLEGAL pay raise of $3,000; they also misused taxpayer funds by wasting nearly a million at an attempt to seize a private airport, which doesn't sound very conservative to me, but you know that's just how it is.

She's pretending now to care about the misuse of taxpayer money, when she has never called out her own county party and government, both of which she is a part of, for the aforementioned things. And while we're on the subject of transparency, why didn't you call out the Monmouth County Republican Party and government for illegally raising their own wages by thousands, without consulting citizens as to why they chose to do that? Why didn't you call for transparency when the corrupt Republican Party and government, of which you're a part of, wasted nearly a million in taxpayer money to seize a private airport? Where was this urgency to call for transparency when your County Republican Party Chair and Sheriff, Shaun Golden, also saw an illegal salary increase of $42,210 over a period of five years? Where were you calling for transparency when that same party chair and Sheriff blocked a woman from his official government account simply for disagreeing with him? Where was this call for transparency, yet again, when Monmouth County Republican Chair and Sheriff Shaun Golden, as well as the Republican County Slate of 2025, refused to attend the only debates hosted by the League of Women Voters?

And while we're on the subject of accountability, when has the Monmouth County Republican Party, and government, which once again, you're a part of since you're the Monmouth County Republican Clerk and Co-Chair, even taken accountability for the illegal salary increases, the waste of taxpayer funds to seize a private airport for who knows what, and for disregarding voters, and refusing to attend debates, while your party chair, and our Sheriff was too busy crying over comments criticizing him on Facebook, and using his official government account to block one of those critics. If you want to talk about transparency, accountability, and the misuse of public funds, start there, but you won't, because you don't actually care. You may play a good moderate on the news and on some of your official government accounts, but the public isn't going to be fooled any longer, and I'll make sure to play a part in that, and I am, and will continue to do so.

And while we're on the topic of the cost of living, in Monmouth County, which is Republican controlled, and the County you're the clerk of, the cost of living under your party and government is 29.1% more expensive than the US NATIONAL average, and 7.8% higher than the NEW JERSEY average, and we know for a fact this isn't just Trenton's failed policies, it's your County government's as well, because these are insane statistics for a County, and I live in this County and have to suffer the consequences of your party, and government's failed policies. So look in the mirror if you want to tackle these issues head-on.
