Natural Wonders – Yoga & Meditation

Glide effortlessly and capture a deep presence in the body through this 90 minute yoga meditation workshop. In this class, instructor Mary Jane Kasliner will guide the student through specific yoga postures that explore seven powerful manifestations of nature based on her new book – Mother Nature, A Bridge to Conscious Living. Through a combination of meditations with Tree, Wind, Sky, Earth, Water, Fire and Mountain, the student will embody a more wakeful, alert, and at the same time, open, relaxed and spacious feeling in the mind and body.  As you connect to these forces of nature your breath becomes deeper, the mind stills, and your body moves more mindfully.

Each student will receive a signed copy of Mary Jane’s book so they may continue their meditation with the natural world through a journaling process.
