Fake NJ Doctor, Wife Charged After 2nd Woman Claims Sex Assault: Cops
Old Bridge Police say they are still looking for more women who visited Orger Sibaja-Bolanos at his Brynwood Gardens apartment.

OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A second woman has now come forward with a sex assault allegation against an Old Bridge man who police say posed as a doctor.
His wife has now been criminally charged as well, as police say she helped him run his fake medical practice out of their Brynwood Gardens apartment.
In July, Orger Sibaja-Bolanos, 65, who is also known as Carlo and Carlos, was charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of unlicensed practice of medicine, among other charges.

On August 19, charges of unlicensed practice of medicine, conspiracy and money laundering were filed against his wife, Rosa Perez.
The first woman reported Sibaja-Bolanos to police on July 20, after she said she went to his private home for "treatment;" he isolated her in a bedroom, sexually assaulted her and injected her with a substance, said police.

After she came forward, Sibaja-Bolanonas was taken into police custody.
Then on Aug. 8, after his arrest and photo were distributed widely in the media, including published on Patch, a second woman called Old Bridge Police. She said she saw Sibaja-Bolanos three times for medical treatment of back pain. She said when she went to his home for the second time, on July 12, he inserted his fingers into her vagina and "thrust back and forth, claiming he was trying to massage a cyst." He also gave her two injections into the buttocks, the complaint read.
He charged the woman and she paid in cash. She later called police. He was charged with a second count of sex assault after she came forward.
Police say Perez helped her husband run his fake medical practice from their home, and booked patient appointments for him over the phone and online. Clients paid in cash. When police raided his home on July 20, they found a safe in the apartment with $13,640 inside, which they said was proceeds he made from his fraudulent medical business.
Sibaja-Bolanos does not have a medical license of any sort, said the Middlesex County Prosecutor. His client base was mostly among the Spanish-speaking community of Old Bridge and Middlesex County.
Clients came to his apartment usually for pain management, which he said he could remedy with various "injections and massages," according to the criminal complaint.
"The bedroom in the apartment served as the doctor's office, which contained multiple medications (injections and orally) and medical equipment," read the complaint.
As a result of the serious charges against him, Sibaja-Bolanos is currently being held in the Middlesex County Jail, said a spokeswoman for the prosecutor. His next hearing is Sept. 26 before Judge Sheree Pitchford.
