"Hooked On Scouting" Fishing Night for Families Interested in Joining Cub Scouts
Come Fishing and Learn How to Join Cub Scouts!

Parents of boys in kindergarten through fifth grade not currently in Scouting are invited to attend the “Hooked on Scouting” evening on Friday evening September 23, Southard Park, North Maple Avenue, Basking Ridge, from 6:00 PM-7:30 PM.
Have fun fishing at the pond, learn about the fun things boys do in Cub Scouts, and get information on how to register your son with a local Cub Scout Pack. Bring your fishing gear, bait will be provided.

The Cub Scout program offers age appropriate character building programs.
Scouting develops strong values in each boy. Scouting’s goal is to nurture and honor home, school, and faith values by emphasizing the Scout Oath and Law through fun adventures such as camping, hiking, fishing, community service projects, life skills learning activities, and much more!
