'Suspicious Person' Arrested At Dog Park: Park Police Blotter
Morris County Park Police made several arrests in local parks.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests between Sept. 12 and 14, including for a suspicious person in a local dog park. You can read about those arrests, as written by Park Police, here:
-9/12: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS/D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Randolph Township. An investigation led to Kenneth J. Verpent, age 27, of Dover, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Intoxicated. He was released with a court date pending.
-9/12: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morristown. An investigation revealed Nicole M. Braham, age 29, of Phillipsburg, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Lodi Borough Municipal Court. She was able to post the required bail and was released with a new court date pending.

-9/13: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Roxbury Township. An investigation led to Alex D. England, age 28, of Jefferson Township, to be charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances (suspected Cocaine and Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Driving While Intoxicated. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility with a court appearance pending.
-9/14: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers were dispatched to the Dog Park section of Central Park in Parsippany on a report of a suspicious person. An investigation revealed William W. Kinney, age 58, of Parsippany, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Denville Township Municipal Court. He was transferred to the custody of the Denville Police Department.

-9/14: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers observed a suspicious person in Morris Township. An investigation revealed Justin R. Castro, age 33, of Morristown, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Hanover Township and Mount Olive Township Municipal Courts. He was released with new court dates pending.
