• Netflix series 'Big Mistakes' filmed all over NJ; more shows coming (app.com) — Netflix recently transformed the former Circus Wines, Beer & Spirits on Route 35 in Middletown into a fictional truck stop set for its upcoming series “Rabbit Rabbit,” putting a familiar local storefront on screen. The piece also highlights how Netflix’s Fort Monmouth studio project and other productions are spreading filming — and spending — across dozens of New Jersey towns and small businesses.    

• Patriot League Announces M-F Athletic Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Honors (4.14.26) (patriotleague.org) — A Middletown native, Army West Point thrower Robby Manse, earned honorable mention after winning the hammer throw and placing second in shot put at the Patriot League’s Star Meet. The league’s weekly awards highlight standout performances from Navy, Boston University, Bucknell, Lafayette and others, with eyes now on May’s outdoor championships in Annapolis.
