Advisory Council Appointments

  • Michael Parent, of Middletown, brings more than 30 years of investment banking and nonprofit board experience, with a background in arts, hunger, housing and social justice advocacy.
  • Joe Soboti, of Little Silver, is a retired hospitality and food service industry sales executive with extensive experience in residential property management, and culinary, nutrition and construction expertise. He helps support HABcore residents and maintain its housing portfolio.
  • Livette Burgos, a Freehold resident and HABcore program participant, has lived experience after overcoming homelessness following domestic violence. Now in permanent supportive housing, she offers a vital resident-centered perspective to the Council.
