15th Annual Highlands Chili Cook-off

The Highlands Business Partnership’s Chili Cook-Off fundraiser will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 3-7 PM at the Chubby Pickle, 23 Bay Ave., Highlands, NJ. Tickets are $45.00 and include samplings of chilis, two beer tickets, and two voting ballots. There will be performances by bagpipe bands and Daly's Irish Dancers. All proceeds will benefit the 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade, taking place on March 21st, 2 PM, step off at Huddy Park Highlands, NJ.

There will be two Chili Cook-Off contests. The “Professional” Cook Off (commercial) will begin at 4 PM sharp, and the “Amateur” Cook Off (residents) will begin promptly at 5 PM. Once the chili lovers have tasted all the contestants’ chili, they will vote for their favorite and drop their ballot in the ballot box. The results will be tallied, and the winners will be announced at 6:00 PM. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each contest.
