Car Drives Into Home In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A car accident Sunday night off Hwy. 36 in the North Middletown area resulted in this car driving into a resident's front porch.

The accident occurred on Thompson Avenue at Lusan Place at approximately 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The car hit a retaining wall in front of one home, and then drove up onto the front yard and into the front porch of a neighbor's house. There were no injuries.

Middletown police responded, as did Middletown Township First Aid & Rescue Squad and East Keansburg Fire Company. Photos were taken at the scene by the Middletown EMS Department.
