Coldwell Banker Hosts Real Estate Seminar With Steve Woodruff

ABERDEEN, N.J. (Oct. 25, 2019) – National real estate consultant Steve Woodruff recently conducted a three-hour seminar titled “Helping People Making Good Decisions” for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southern Region branch offices. At the Oct. 2 presentation, Woodruff showcased a unique and modern approach to listing and seller consultation for real estate agents who serve central and southern New Jersey.

Approximately 200 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents attended the event at The Addison Park in Aberdeen. It was organized by Pamela Vallas, branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Middletown office, along with Dan Mancuso, senior director of operations for the company.
