Highlands Man Indicted For Filming Teen While She Showered

MIDDLETOWN, NJ-- A Highlands man was indicted on charges for videotaping a 15-year-old girl while she showered , Monmouth County Prosecutors said.

Joseph Lynch, 37, was indicted on charges stemming from the August 2016 arest for secretly filming a 15-year-old while she showered. According to prosecutors, Lynch hid his cell phone in the bathroom while she was undressed. He was charged with photographing or filming a child in a sexual.

He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child by manufacturing child pornography, endangering the welfare of a child by possessing child pornography, and for invasion of privacy for photographing exposed intimate parts consent.
