Man Accused of Lewdness in Middletown is Council President's Son

The man arrested Thursday in Middletown is the son of Union Beach Council President Albin Wicki.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ - The Union Beach man who was arrested Thursday and charged with exposing himself to Middletown women, one of whom was under 18, is the son of the Union Beach Council president. Albin F. Wicki, 26, is the son of Union Beach Council President Albin Wicki. The two share the same address in Union Beach.

The son has also worked for the Monmouth County Parks System, but a Monmouth County spokeswoman did not return Patch's questions when asked whether he was still employed or his salary. Wicki's son was arrested Thursday by Middletown PD: Police say he would slowly drive alongside his victims while they were walking, expose his genitals and masturbate in front of them before driving off.

Two victims have come forward, one of whom is under the age of 18. The incidents happened Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Dec. 2. However, Middletown police think more victims are out there, and they are asking anyone to come forward.
