The Affordable Housing Alliance will be hosting it’s third annual NeighborWorks Week Event on June 13. The neighborhood clean-up will take place in Union Beach, NJ. This year they will be working at various locations across the town to repair the many homes and properties still damaged after Hurricane Sandy.
Date: Friday June 13, 2014 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Where: Union Beach Municipal Building- 650 Poole Avenue, Union Beach, NJ 07735
Volunteers will be put into teams and work on different projects across the township. A light breakfast and full lunch will be provided. Volunteers must be age 16 or older. Bring work gloves and dress appropriately: closed toed shoes, hats, and don’t forget the sunblock!

Volunteers will convene at the soccer field located adjacent to the Union Beach Municipal Hall and disperse to different sites across the town. A free lunch will be provided to all participants of the work groups in the same location when their projects are completed. Thank you for your interest in this event and we hope to see you there!
