Officials outlined safety upgrades, a wider shared-use path for walkers and cyclists, and a multi‑year engineering and construction timeline that will reshape how Middletown drivers and pedestrians reach Rumson across the Navesink River.
   

• Tomahawks net two power-play goals in second in win over Titans (centredaily.com) — Hockey fans in Middletown saw the New Jersey Titans fall 5–2 to the Johnstown Tomahawks at Middletown Sports Complex after two late second‑period power‑play goals broke a 1–1 tie. Despite strong goaltending numbers and a pair of Titans goals, Johnstown pulled away in the third and now heads home to host the Philadelphia Rebels next Friday.
