Recent Indictments Involving Middletown Residents
Possession of meth, heroin and cocaine are among the charges.

The following information was released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. The indictments are handed up by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. The jury's vote to indict is a formal charge, not a conviction.
Jeron Redway, 24, of Center Ave in Leonardo was indicted on Sept. 17 on one count of cocaine possession in Atlantic Highlands.

Darren Swido, 29, of Biabou Drive in Toms River was indicted on Sept. 17 on one charge of possession of heroin, and one count of attempted tampering of physical evidence, on March 21 in Middletown.
Daniel J. Butler, 26, of Illinois Avenue in Port Monmouth was indicted on August 29 of conspiring with Jermaine Finch to commit robbery and kidnapping. Butler was arrested by Keansburg Police on August 21.

Michael Totaro, 21, of Salisbury Ave in Middletown; Andrew Mullins, 25, of Bray Ave. in Middletown; and Joseph McCabe, 27, of Blanchard Ave in Binghamton, NY were indicted on charges they possessed metheylenedioxy-methcathinone in Middletown on April 23.
Michael Crupi, 34, of Linden Ave in Middletown was indicted for possession of heroin with intent to distribute in Tinton Falls on April 24.
Recie Miller, 28, of Mills Ave in Port Monmouth and Stephanie Fowler of Madison St. in Eatontown were indicted on August 22 for shoplifting $391.89 worth of goods at Target on March 13.
