Republic Sanitation refuse to pick up their cans on Twinbrooks

All of our neighbors in TwinBrooks had their old cans picked up, accept for those who used Republic.

We had an appointment for January 3rd and they didn’t pick up. After waiting for 35 minutes on the phone they said it was because of the snow; only it didn’t snow until the 4th. So I made another appointment for January 10th, and again no show. This time the operator reviewed the logs and found that the driver said he did pick them up. So frustrating I am thinking of making a planter out of the can.

Guess what? Persistence pays off; the next day after this post they finally picked up everyone’s cans.
