A video showing Brookdale Community College police officers wrestling with a nursing student has raised a question: Was it police brutality?

The student who was being apprehended was Jeffrey Michel of Colts Neck, and his friends say it was police brutality. The YouTube video shows the Lincroft-based school’s officers arresting the Colts Neck resident, according to The Asbury Park Press. Michel repeatedly pleads to know why he’s being arrested.
