Medicare Counseling, a free program sponsored by the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), provides free help to New Jersey Medicare beneficiaries who have problems with, or questions about, their health insurance. Introduce baby to the library as you enjoy songs, rhymes, puppets, and a story together. Social time before and after gives adults an opportunity to connect with others caring for infants while babies become accustomed to being around other babies.
