Friends of the Middletown Township Public Library BOOK SALE. Stock up on a wide selection of materials. Find that special gift for a special friend…or for yourself! Friday, October 22nd, Saturday, October 23rd, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm in the Community Room.

FOOD FOR FINES: Pay off library fines with food bank donations. Each non-perishable donation eliminates $1.00 of late fees up to $10.00 per card. Food donations cannot be used to pay for lost items. October 18th – November 19th.

MOVIE MONDAYS presents Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard (PG-13) in the Community Room on October 18th @ 2:30 pm.

Scrabble Group meets in the Community Room on Tuesday, October 19th @ 12:30 pm.

WINGS Group meets in the Computer Lab on Thursday, October 21st @ 6:30 pm.

Russian Language Group is open to adults at all skill levels and meets weekly. No advance registration is required. Thursday, October 21st @ 7:00 pm in the NJ History Room.

Teen Virtual Halloween Costume Contest: Post a picture of your Halloween costume this year, #MTPLTeens or email teen Librarian Marissa, mchimento@mtpl.org. Bonus points for dressing as your favorite book character or in the 1920s style in honor of MTPL’s 100th anniverary. Each photo will enter into our centennial raffle. Registration required for all participants. Beginning Friday, October 1st.

Off The Shelf with Christine and Katie: They review favorite thrillers, horror and otherwise spooky books. Video will be available on the MTPL YouTube channel for viewing at your leisure! Friday, October 22nd all day.
