Friends of the Middletown Township Public Library Outdoor Tent Book Sale. Stock up on great bargains. Friday, October 9th, Saturday, October 10th, Friday, October 16th, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, rain or shine. To become a Friend, complete the application form @ https://www.FriendsOfMtpl.org and leave it at the Library’s Circulation desk with the dues.

How to Learn a Language on Your Own Time Using pronunciator in a virtual event. Following the online demonstration, there will be a Q&A session. A valid library card is required to access pronunciator. Thursday, October 15th @ 7:15 pm. Register online @ mtpl.org.

Scary Fun Musicals: a zoom video conference presented by Sam and Candy Caponegro. Musicals can be thrilling, filled with wonder and whimsy, and occasionally filled with a touch of horror or a bit of the macabre. Travel with us on a creepy-crawly journey as the hosts show and discuss film clips. Saturday, October 17th @ 3:00 pm. Register online @ mtpl.org.

Off the Shelf: zoom book talks @ mtpl with Christine and Katherine. Practical Magic, both the book and video, will be discussed. Register online @ mtpl.org.

SLP Musically with Katherine: sing along from home via zoom. A fun, accessible music experience for children of all abilities. Saturday, October 17th @ 1:30 pm. Check Library website for link details.

Captain Friendship: The Pirates of the Pandemic presented by Bright Star Touring Theater. A family event. Register online @ mtpl.org to obtain link. Wednesday, October 14th @ 7:00 pm.

School-Age Storytime (a zoom presentation) will feature Diary of a Spider on Tuesday, October 13th @ 7:00 pm. For grades K+. Register online @ mtpl.org to receive zoom link.

The Mystery Book Club meets on Wednesday, October 14th @ 10:00 am. Weather permitting, the group will meet on the Library’s outside patio at the library, social distanced and with masks. If inclement weather, it be an online meeting. There is a limit of 10 people for the face-to-face meeting, so please register in advance @ mtpl.org.

Rubber Duckie Book Club zoom storytime Wednesday, October 14th @ 10:00 am. Check online calendar for details.
