Free events at the Middletown Township Public Library

The Middletown Township Public Library is now accepting media donations subject to the following regulations: We will accept one shopping bag per family per month. Circulation Desk staff must be informed of the donation; bags cannot be left anonymously. All donations, like borrowed media returns, are subject to several days of quarantining before being processed.
Seeing dots in the Library??? We are celebrating International Dot Day! On September 15-ish, students, teachers, school and communities will celebrate a day of creativity, courage and compassion. #MakeYourMark.
Go on a scavenger hunt and look for dots in the Library and throughout the community.

Peter H. Reynolds will be our guest in the Library’s themed Storytime in the Garden event on Tuesday, September 21st at 10:00 (register online @ mtpl.org). The Library will offer dots in our take-away craft beginning Monday, September 14th.
History Lovers Book Club will discuss No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: the home front in World War II by Doris Kearns Goodwin. Weather permitting, the group will meet on the Library’s patio with social distancing and masks. If inclement weather, it will be a ZOOM meeting. Tuesday, September 15th @ 10:00 am.
