School-Age Storytime zoom video conferencing. Register online @ mtpl.org by 10:00 am on Monday, September 21st to receive Zoom invitation. Tuesday, September 22nd @ 4:00 pm. This week: Zoo in the Sky. For grades K+.

Create a Fall Leaf Windchime. Decorate a fall leaf windchime using paint or marker to create a “stained” wood finish. The choice is yours so let creativity be your guide. Pick up an activity kit beginning September 24th while supplies last. Kit includes windchime, paint, marker and instructions. For grades 6+.

Introduction to Podcasting Want to learn how to create your own podcast? Step-by-step instructions on how to create your own podcast from start to… “finish?” using an online podcasting curriculum created by Daniel Wang. We will briefly review the basics of his program and some of his pointers. Creating a book podcast for MTPL based on this curriculum will also be discussed. The curriculum can be viewed at https://www.studentpodcasts.com/guide. For ages 12+ Thursday, September 24th @ 3:00 pm.

True Crime Club will meet in the Library’s outdoor patio. Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced. Due to space restrictions, we are limiting the number of attendees. The Middletown Township Public Library is now accepting media donations subject to the following regulations: We will accept one shopping bag per family per month. Circulation Desk staff must be informed of the donation; bags cannot be left anonymously. All donations, like borrowed media returns, are subject to several days of quarantining before being processed.
