Talk Saves Live: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention - The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, NJ Chapter, will cover the general scope of suicide, the research on prevention, and what people can do to fight suicide. Attendees will learn the risk and warning signs of suicide, and how to prevent it. Wednesday, November 8th @ 6:30 pm.

4-H Theatre Club - Develop and share theater skills in acting, set design, costuming, music, dance, playwriting, directing, makeup, lighting and more. No auditioning; no prior theater experience necessary. Led by Rutgers professor Ellen Williams. Thursday, November 9th @ 11:00 am.

Choose KIND: a Wonder Event - Wonder by R.J. Palacio is a children’s book about a child with facial deformities that has created a movement called Choose Kind. Before this inspiring story is released as a major motion picture on November 17th, join us for a “Choose Kind” event! We will create cards for our troops, paint kindness rocks and brainstorm to create our own “precepts” or words to live by. For ages 4+. Monday, November 6th @ 2:30 pm.

Kids Playgroup – A Drop-In playgroup for all ages that encourages children to explore hands-on activities and develop social skills. Tuesday, November 7th @ 10:30 am.

The Thankful Tree – We will create a Thankful Tree to use in your own holiday celebrations. For ages 5+. Wednesday, November 8th @ 2:30 pm.

Magical Musical Me - A fun and interactive music and movement experience. Sing, dance, wiggle, giggle and shake! Play with instruments and fun props, listen to a musical story, and play a real guitar! For ages 2-6. Friday, November 10th @ 10:00 am.
