Indian Overseas Congress, USA,Canada  headed by Sam Pitroda, is not registered as a Foreign Registered Political Party in United States or Canada, but only as a Non Profit Social Organization, thus all Executive members of IOC., who promote the Political Interests of Indian National Congress, should be Investigated as Foreign representatives of a political Party of India, said Meera Khanna.

Mr. Sam Pitroda, has been misleading the NRI’s, Indo- Americans with representation of a Social organization rather Political Party of India, not only with IRS, but collecting donations as a social organization here in USA and Canada., thus prone to Investigations by CRA, Canada and IRS in United States.

Indian National Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, LOP Rahul Gandhi , can be summoned by IRS and CRA, for tax violations by Indian Overseas Congress, according to CPA Harry Sidhu.
