3 Theft-Related Incidents Reported: Apple Store At Short Hills Mall
Three theft-related incidents were reported at the Apple store in The Mall at Short Hills last week, police say.

Short Hills, NJ – Three theft-related incidents were reported at the Apple store in The Mall at Short Hills last week, police say.
According to the Millburn Police Department, the following incidents took place:
- On April 16, Millburn Police Officer Kaiser responded to the Apple store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. The mall patron reports leaving his $500 iPhone charging in the store, and noticing it missing when he returned. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
- On April 18, Millburn Police Officer Crawn responded to the Apple store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Apple personnel report a male wearing a blue sweater and pink pants selected an item valued at $99 and fraudulently returned it for credit. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
- On April 18, Millburn Police Officer Tavares responded to the Apple store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Apple personnel reported that a 41 year old Closter woman concealed a $35 cell phone case and left the store without making payment. She was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting, and was released with a court date.
