Blue-haired Woman Sought In Sephora Theft: Millburn Police

MILLBURN, NJ - A blue-haired woman is being sought by authorities in connection with a theft of over $350 in merchandise from Sephora on Jan. 9, Millburn Police said.

Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report where personnel said a black female concealed 10 items valued at $371 in a shopping bag and left the store without making payment, police said.

According to authorities, the suspect had blue colored hair and was wearing a long black coat.

The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
