Blue-haired Woman Stole $3,900 In Coats: Millburn Police

MILLBURN, NJ - A 23-year-old Brooklyn, NY, woman was arrested and charged with shoplifting two coats valued at approximately $3,900, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to Bloomingdale's on a theft report where personnel reported a female with blue hair, later identified as Sahirah Rasul, concealed 2 coats valued at $3,900 and left the store without making payment.

Rasul was stopped in a Nissan as it attempted to exit the mall. Further investigation led to the arrest of 24-year-old Josthen Noboa of Brooklyn, NY, for shoplifting a coat valued at $850, and 49-year-old John Burts of Brooklyn, NY, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, police said.
All three individuals were released on a summons.
