Burglary Reported on Glen Avenue
Also, a teen was arrested after a car crash and bicycles were reported stolen and recovered.

Millburn police are investigating a reported burglary on Glen Avenue on Thursday.
A window was broken and various items in the home were missing, police said, but a list of missing items was not available at the time of the report. The home is located on the 100 block of Glen, and police believe the incident happened between 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 31 and the time of the report at about 10:30 a.m.
Millburn firefighters responded and secured a broken window. Anyone with information should contact detectives at 973-564-7017.

Teen Arrested After Car Crash
A Clark teen was arrested after a car crash on Millburn Avenue on Monday.

The 17-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated, penalties for underage person operating motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, no consumption of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and prohibition of possession of open
unsealed alcoholic beverage container. The name of the teen was not released because of his age. There were no injuries in the crash at the corner of Millburn Avenue and Spring Street.
Bicycle Reported Stolen, Another Recovered
Police are investigating the theft of bicycles, but another one was recovered and is being kept at Police Headquarters.
An Edgewood Terrace resident reported the theft of a pink Diamond Back bicycle on Thursday morning. The bicycle has a value of $250. Police said the bicycle was stolen from the front porch of the residence between 11 p.m. on Wednesday and the time of the report at just before 11 a.m. on Thursday. Police recovered a pink Schwinn Sidewinder bicycle from the front of the home, but the owner is unknown.
Also on Thursday, a Greenwood Drive resident reported an abandoned purple Diamond Back mountain bicycle abandoned on the street. Police said the owner could not be located, and the bicycle was taken to headquarters for safe keeping.
Car Burglary Reported on Whitney
Police are investigating the report of someone breaking into a vehicle on Whitney Road on Thursday night.
The resident reported someone stole his cell phone from his unlocked vehicle between 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday and about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Police said the vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence at the time of the incident.
Resident Reports Identity Theft
Police are investigating a report of identity theft involving a hospital bill.
A resident reported she was the victim of the incident on Friday after being contacted by a collection agency concerning a hospital bill from 2008. The victim reported both her name and prior address were used.
