Chefs Spar In Millburn At Common Lot

When chefs have a "friendly competition," there's one surefire winner every time… the diner.

Millburn, NJ – When chefs spar, there’s one surefire winner every time… the diner.

Last month, the winning NJ ProStart team from Passaic County Technical Institute, nicknamed “Thunder From Down Under,” prepared for the National ProStart Competition by participating in a friendly cook-off competition with the chefs from Common Lot in Millburn.

According to a news release, students and chefs had to create the same three-course meal in under 60 minutes using just butane burners.
