Employee Charged With Fraud At Short Hills Macy's

MILLBURN, NJ - A 21-year-old Newark Man was arrested and charged with theft by deception after reportedly returning items fraudulently to the Macy's in the Mall at Short Hills, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to officials, Millburn Officer Lanni responded to a call to the Macy's at the Mall at Short Hills on Oct. 12 on a report of an employee returning items fraudulently.

Police said Louis Arnoldo fraudulently received $136 after making a fraudulent return. Arnoldo was placed under arrest and charged with theft by deception before being released on a summons, police said.
