11th Annual Phil “Wally” Krug Baseball Tournament The tournament will be held over two weekends, April 14th and 21st. Participating teams will include Roselle Catholic, Moorestown and Warren Hills. Millburn will be defending their 2011 championship this year after defeating returning 2010 champion Passaic Valley in last year’s tournament. First game on Saturday April 14 at 11:00am will be Warren Hills vs Moorestown. The second game at 2:00pm will be Millburn vs Roselle Catholic. Between games there will be a baseball skills competition with players from the International League level of the Millburn Short Hills youth baseball league.
The consolation and championship games will take place on Saturday April 21st. Based on the results of last weekend's games, Moorestown will be playing Roselle Catholic in the consolation game at 10:00 and Millburn will play Warren Hills in the championship game at 1:00.
The team will be collecting gently used baseball equipment, gloves, cleats, catcher's gear, helmets & uniform pants (no bats) for distribution to a local area baseball program.

The tournament will be sponsored by Chix-n-Pies of Short Hills, who will be at the field providing refreshments.
