Home Selling Tips Interactive Lecture at Library is a Big Hit

The Williamsburg Room at the Millburn Public Library was filled to capacity on February 21 when Short Hills Realtor Suzy Minken of Keller Williams Realty held an interactive seminar lasting nearly three hours.

The event, “Home Staging and Other Tips for Selling Your Home in 2016” was geared toward home sellers, and featured a complete overview of what to expect during the home selling process, as well as how and what to do to ready your home for market. Ms. Minken showcased “before and after” photos of homes that she staged for sale, demonstrating how changes both big and small can enhance the appeal of homes among today’s savvy buyers.
