On Wednesday, Aug. 17, a similar incident occurred, as reported last month.
Millburn police responded to a fight in progress on Main Street and ended up charging a man with assault, threats, and resisting arrest, police said at the time. The man was Boursiquot.
At the time, staff members at the Standard told police that Boursiquot was "harassing and threatening the employees," police said.
When police tried to stop him, he resisted arrest and "fought with police," they said.
Police charged him with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, and weapons offenses, police said last month.
He was taken to the Essex County Correctional Facility, but was eventually released.
Millburn Police Captain David Bonney confirmed it was the same man in both incidents.
