Man Jailed After Shoplifting Arrest In Millburn

MILLBURN, NJ - A 23-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with shoplifting after being stopped by police on Nov. 9, according to the Millburn Police Department.

Jihaad Haskins was walking down JFK Pkwy in the right lane when Lt. Guensch stopped him. An investigation led to the discovery of eight items worth $305.50 that were taken from Macy's without payment, police said.

Haskins was arrested and remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility, police said.
