Masked Man Attempts Burglary: Millburn Police

Suspect fled the area on a bicycle, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - A masked man attempted to gain access to an Alan Drive home on Jan. 4, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to officials, Millburn Police Officer Catinella responded to an Alan Drive residence on an attempted burglary report.

The resident reported at approximately 1:19 a.m. a thin build male wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, light colored pants with glove on his right hand, and ski mask on his face attempted to open his garage door that was locked.

The man then left the area on a bicycle, police said.

The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
