2020 Leaf Collection Schedule & Collection Information

Fall curbside leaf collection begins in one month on Monday, October 19!

Collection is scheduled for curbside pickup three times per zone between the months of October to December. Leaf collection zones are the same as your recycling and trash pick up zone. If you need to find your zone, access the Public Works Pamphlet at http://twp.millburn.nj.us/dpwpamphlet.

Please note that brush, branches, twigs and grass clippings are excluded from leaf pickup. Property owners should not place any leaves within 10 feet of a storm inlet. Be sure to leave room between the curb and leaf pile to allow for effective storm drainage during weather event.

The Township of Millburn’s Leaf Collection Program operates in accordance with regulations set forth through the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Storm Water Management. There are many benefits to this leaf collection system, including reduced flooding, less street congestion and increased driver visibility.
