Paper Mill Launches Redesigned Website

The new site has better navigation and links to social media tools.

The Paper Mill Playhouse has a new, redesigned website with easier navigation and pages devoted to each part of the theater's constituency.

"Paper Mill Playhouse is excited to provide patrons with a brand new, interactive website. The imaginative design pays homage to the innate creativity of our theatre," said Mark S. Hoebee, producing artistic director. "The focus of the website is to help visitors get what they need more efficiently."

The new website, designed by Cedar Knolls-based marketing communications firm Brushfire, Inc., boasts an easy-to-navigate system and was developed to meet the needs of the theater's various audience groups, which include subscribers, school groups, donors, designers and theater students of all ages.

"While creating this new website, we wanted to acknowledge that the patrons—and thus the online community—of Paper Mill Playhouse span a wide range of computer experience, from savvy web surfers to occasional users," said Joan Mueller, Brushfire, Inc. president.  "With that understanding, we've embraced the latest social media tools and interactive features while also being careful to simplify navigation across the site and provide tools such as adjustable font sizes and search functionality."

Every aspect of the new site, from the "quick links" to the streamlined ticket-buying experience, was specifically designed to communicate Paper Mill's commitment to providing its patrons with quality arts programming.

Also, visitors can join the pulse on Facebook and Twitter with just a click of their mouse. They can find out how to get involved as a supporter of the theater. And, with the introduction of the latest news and events page, there's no excuse for not knowing what's happening.

The new website was supported by a grant from The New Jersey Cultural Trust and by The George A. Ohl, Jr. Foundation, Maryann & Charles Pascarella, and Szerlip & Company.
