She Got Her Family's Licenses Back From Nazis: Essex County Krystallnacht Event
An area temple will host "13 Jewish Drivers' Licenses," in which a woman talks about getting her family's IDs back from Nazis.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — It was a precursor for what was to come. From Nov. 9-10, 1938, Nazi military forces arrested and beat Jewish men and destroyed Jewish homes, stores, and synagogues in Germany, Austria, and the Sudetenland.
Because of the trail of broken glass, the episode was called Krystallnacht.
In order to commemorate Krystallnacht, Temple Beth Shalom of Livingston is hosting a special in-person event on Wednesday, Nov. 2 both at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
