Sleeping Driver Charged With Drunk Driving: Millburn Police
Duckenson Mytil was found parked in a fire lane, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 34-year-old Union man was charged with driving under the influence after he was found parked in a fire lane on Jan. 26, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Manuyag observed a 1999 Toyota Sienna parked in a fire lane on Locust Drive with the engine running and the driver asleep.
The investigation led to the arrest of Duckenson Mytil for driving under the influence, police said. Mytil was issued a summons and released, police said.
