South Orange Train Fatality Victim Identified As Short Hills Resident

A woman fatally struck by a NJ Transit train at the South Orange station last week has been identified as a Short Hills resident.

According to NJ Transit, the deceased woman was identified as a 32-year-old Short Hills.

The woman was struck and killed during the evening rush hour on April 18 in what NJ Transit authorities termed a “trespasser fatality.”

No further details have been released about the incident.
