T'ai Chi Chih for Seniors at Millburn Library this summer
Linda Sercarz returns to the Millburn Library for a 5 week T'ai Chi Chih class for seniors, starting Tuesday, July 17.

The Millburn Free Public Library is pleased to have T'ai Chi Chih instructor Linda Sercarz teaching a five week session for seniors, starting on Tuesday, July 17 at 10:30am.
The classes will be on the following dates: July 17, 24, 31, Aug 7, 14.
T'ai Chi Chih brings about profound healing for many people by circulating and balancing the essential inner energy (Chi). Known to its practitioners as "the effort of no effort," T’ai Chi Chih differs from the recognized tai chi styles as it is not a martial art; however, it is based on similar principles. There are stand alone gentle flowing movements performed in repetition which differs from the flow of the traditional forms. It is a series of 19 movements and 1 pose that together make up a meditative form of exercise to which practitioners attribute physical, personal & spiritual health benefits. Linda Sercarz has been teaching T'ai chi chih for over 15years, having earned her accreditation in 1998.
