Ticket Machines Installed at Millburn Station
The machines are coming to the Short Hills Train Station next month.
Ticket machines have been installed at the Millburn Train Station, and the machines are due at the Short Hills Train Station early next year.
The machines were put into service this week and are located on the platform on New York/Hoboken-bound side of the tracks.
The ticket machines will allow train riders to purchase tickets even when the station's ticket office is closed, but there are no plans to close the two ticket offices at this time. The Millburn ticket office is open 4:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the Short Hills ticket office is open 4:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
