Pet License renewal notices have been sent out and are due by March 1, 2023*.

If your household has recently acquired or changed its pet situation, please contact the Health Office at 973-564-7097 so that records may be adjusted.

Pet licenses can be found on the Township website at: https://www.twp.millburn.nj.us/731/Health-Documents-Vital-Statistics

*A delinquent fee of $10 will be charged if a license application is not received prior to March 1, 2023.
