CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: INTERSECTION OF TROY DRIVE & LAWRENCE DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

The engineering department of the Township of Millburn has authorized a small drainage project to be completed by Artisan Masonry to improve the drainage on Troy Drive. The purpose of this project is to eliminate, or minimize to the extent possible, the amount of stormwater runoff that occurs across Lawrence Dr. at the intersection with Troy Drive.

The work to be done by Artisan Masonry is scheduled to begin Monday, April 17th and is expected to take less than one (1) week. The work will be done along the curb line of the east side of Troy Dr. directly in front of the driveway at #7 Lawrence Dr. (driveway access is on Troy Dr.) and includes a new street inlet and approximately 50 linear feet of pipe.

Due to the construction with heavy equipment and stockpiles of material, we respectfully ask that you choose an alternate route and avoid the intersection if possible until the project is completed. Lawrence drive will remain open; however, travel on Troy Dr. will be restricted.
