• Monmouth Beach Adding Kayak/SUP Launch To Tocci Ave. Boat Ramp (patch.com) — Monmouth Beach has secured $100,000 in county grant funding to upgrade the Griffin Park/Tocci Avenue boat ramp and add a dedicated kayak and stand-up paddleboard launch on Manahasset Creek. While there's no opening date yet, this project will expand local water access and recreation options, alongside similar park improvements funded in 26 other Monmouth County towns. 
• Highlands Will Improve Kavookjian Baseball Field (patch.com) — While the main focus is on Highlands' plans to upgrade Kavookjian Field, Monmouth Beach residents should note the borough is also receiving $100,000 for the Griffin Park/Tocci Avenue boat ramp and kayak launch. This county grant package supports 27 towns, improving everything from playgrounds to pickleball courts across Monmouth County.
