MONTCLAIR, NJ — There will be a delayed opening for the Montclair Public School District on Tuesday, Feb. 28 due to the weather forecast.
A low-pressure system moving into the region late Monday could bring five to eight inches of snow, as well as ice, in some parts of the Garden State, according to AccuWeather.
A winter weather advisory has been issued for western Essex County from Monday at 6 p.m. through Tuesday at 1 p.m.

All Montclair Public Schools on a two-hour delay Tuesday because of the predicted storm. Bus route pickup times will be delayed by two hours. YMCA morning care will operate on a two-hour delayed opening at 9:30 a.m. in all elementary schools.
