HUMAN NEEDS FOOD PANTRY
The Human Needs Food Pantry will be conducting its annual collection and donation of free school supplies for its clients at the end of August.
“Most desirable would be backpacks (new), calculators (used ok if working), binders (new)… The more expensive items… But also pens, pencils, notebooks and crayons,” the pantry’s staff wrote in a social media post.
The food pantry accepts donations at its 9 Label St. facility every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Other donations are welcome, including non-expired, non-perishable food, diapers, pet food and monetary contributions.
