The 55,200-square-foot property, controlled by Ivy Realty co-CEO Anthony DiTommaso Jr., had been listed for $9.5 million and was financed with a $4.9 million Columbia Bank mortgage. The deal highlights continued regional investment activity tied to Montvale's business community.
