Lottery for Six Affordable Housing new units available in Montville

A lottery will be held on Monday March 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Township Municipal building for six (6) affordable housing dwellings for low and moderate income individuals interested in residing in the new Briar Hill at Montville development onVreeland Avenue.  A preliminary application available on the Township website at www.mintvillenj.org must be submitted by Friday February 28 to Piazza Associates to be included in the lottery.  Applications will still be accepted after this date, but will be added to the waiting list in the order in which they were received. 

Note that these units are one bedroom, age restricted for 55 and over, have single car garages, and do not have basements.  The units are not constructed yet so they are not available to tour as of yet.

Please pass along to anyone that you know may be interested.  Residents of other communities are eligible.  Current residents of affordable units may also apply.
