On April 20, 2023, Atlantic City Police were notified that a suspicious person was wearing a black satchel across the front of his body and had a handgun.

Officers detained Jackson and found a .45 caliber Hi-Point handgun that he did not have a valid permit for.

Sentencing is scheduled to take place on Aug. 5, 2026.
